Description
These Actuators have built-in potentiometers inside them so you can determine the position of the actuators at any point in time. The potentiometers are a Bournes 10 turn potentiometer with 10K Ohm resistance
A good way to connect the Feedback actuators to a feedback reading device we recommend using an Arduino board.
Using the Arduino board you would be able to define pre-set positional limits for your actuator which can be ideal for certain applications.
For all applications requiring feedback, our Bournes potentiometer-equipped linear actuator line is your solution. Offering two variations in the line-up, the 35 lb dynamic force or 150 lb dynamic force linear actuator, your intelligent system for your project just got a lot more versatile. This line is constructed of high-grade materials: an aluminum inner and outer tube paired with a zinc alloy housing, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance for long service life. As with all of our linear actuators, these variations both come equipped with factory built-in limit switches as well as a clevis mounting point on each end to ensure easy fitment. The potentiometer feedback runs on a 10K ohm 3-wire system, and the linear actuator is controlled by a two-wire system where reversing the polarity will retract the actuator; this system is easily wired to circuit boards for intelligent control, as well as relays, switches, and more.
The Feedback Rod Actuator Line uses the MB1 Mounting Brackets and/or MB6 and MB10 Rod End Bracket
